The aim of this role is to develop, mentor, and motivate our learners to become the digital marketers of the future. Harnessing knowledge, the individual already possesses and forging this into skills they can apply within the workplace.
The focus is to produce digital leaders of tomorrow, not only mentoring learners to achieve their programmes, but developing them to become integral members of their wider working team and ultimately positioning them to be the future leaders. For our apprentices, you will be mentoring and motivating them through a range of physical and virtual workplace visits to ensure they are gathering the best evidence to put into their portfolio of evidence. We expect all staff to conduct themselves in a manner that promotes great customer service to build a long-standing relationship. The role will include regional travel to meet the needs of our apprentice’s location and business requirements.
